Summer Juice

This juice is naturally anti-inflammatory – ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory spice, especially helpful for gastrointestinal relief. While you’re juicing you may want to take a look at my Cleansing Tonic Juice too, it’s great for liver detoxification.


1 cup pineapple
½ lemon
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1cm ginger


Cut and chop all ingredients as required and juice all ingredients using your juicer. A cold press juicer is always best, but use whatever you have. Stir juice well and pour into a cup. Chill in the fridge before serving.
