This is my simple homemade chocolate recipe. It’s the base recipe for all of my chocolate creations and is dairy free. If you’re after a vegan alternative, substitute the honey for your preferred vegan sweetener such as maple syrup. Once you master this recipe you can try my Choc Oat Slice or my Choc Superfood Slice.
¼ cup cacao butter melted
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon honey
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until smooth and well combined. Pour chocolate mixture into moulds and set in the refrigerator. I used heart shaped moulds but an ice cube tray also works perfectly.
