Meet Sarah…

Tell us about your journey, what sparked your passion for the health and wellness industry?

Going vegetarian was the first catalyst, followed by falling pregnant (surprise!) really was my big wake up call to get my health and wellbeing in check. I didn’t want my children to be the fussy eaters and fast food binger I was growing up, so I had to basically teach myself to eat again. I was always holistic at heart, so it helped to awaken me to my spiritual connection again too, which I think all works hand in hand.

What’s your number one wellness tip?

Honour yourself. If you are tired, sleep. If you are over worked, stop working and go for a walk. If your craving something, dig deeper and see where that craving comes from. I don’t beat myself up if I fall off the healthy wagon, I just remember that I have come along way, so I am proud and I forgive myself and just move on in that moment.

What’s your one non-negotiable when it comes to your health?

If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. I usually trust my gut on everything, and even if my gut leads me to a situation where I think I have made a mistake, I soon realise I was to learn something from it – so it’s never truly a wrong turn. It reminds me to trust my intuition and follow the lead of my spirit and that the universe always will show me the answers I seek, based on the decisions I make.

What motto do you live by?

“Everything is connected and anything is possible”.

What is your proudest achievement?

Giving birth to my son! What an amazing feeling that is. To finally see a human life you created inside you, doesn’t get better than that.

What are your goals for the future?

To just continue to follow my truth and keep creating amazing products and services that honour my spirit and help guide others on their journey, too. I have a dream to create a space where I can share all my passions in one place – animal activism, creativity, community, spirituality and nature. I know this place will be pure magick, and is most definitely a desire of mine to create in the future.

Tell us something not many people know about you?

I really love dancing, particularly hip hop dancing. I used to choreograph routines in highschool for talent quests and performances in front of the whole school – I love dancing on stage. I do dabble now still, but having had a break for 10 years my brain and body does struggle to do do what it used to!
Where can we find you?
