Real Hommus

hommus

Ingredients:

1 x 425g tin of chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Small handful of coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredient in food processor. Process until well combined and smooth. Serve with veggie sticks (celery and carrot are great), bread or flax crackers.
