
I’ve shared my favourite Gluten Free Cereal before – it’s made with puffed grains, seeds, nuts, berries and cacao. Today I’m sharing my favourite raw homemade granola recipe. This granola is super quick to throw together and you can use it to top your Superfood Porridge, Sweet Omelette, Cinnamon Smoothie, Sticky Date Oat Pudding, Bircher Muesli, Protein Ice Cream and Choc Pancakes.
Ingredients:
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup walnut pieces
1 cup hazelnuts roughly chopped
1 cup brazil nuts roughly chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
4 teaspoons cinnamon
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until the nuts and seeds are evenly covered with cinnamon. Transfer into a container or jar and store in the pantry.
