Yum! These brownie bites are super easy to make and only have 5 ingredients!! They definitely satisfy my cravings when I want something sweet and delicious.
5 fresh dates pitted
1 cups nuts (I used 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup walnuts)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Shredded coconut for rolling
Process dates, nuts, coconut oil and cacao powder in a blender until well combined and the mixture sticks together. Roll into balls, cover in coconut and enjoy. This recipe makes about 8 raw choc brownie bites. Store in the fridge – if you don’t eat them first!
Send me a pic if you make these. I’d love to see some variations too – maybe add goji berries to the mix or roll them in crushed pistachios instead of shredded coconut. Otherwise, if you’re after a choc chip version, add some cacao nibs! Have you got any other variation ideas for me to test?
