Raw Choc Brownie Bites

Raw Choc Brownie Bites

Yum! These brownie bites are super easy to make and only have 5 ingredients!! They definitely satisfy my cravings when I want something sweet and delicious.

5 fresh dates pitted

1 cups nuts (I used 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup walnuts)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

Shredded coconut for rolling

Process dates, nuts, coconut oil and cacao powder in a blender until well combined and the mixture sticks together. Roll into balls, cover in coconut and enjoy. This recipe makes about 8 raw choc brownie bites. Store in the fridge – if you don’t eat them first!

Send me a pic if you make these. I’d love to see some variations too – maybe add goji berries to the mix or roll them in crushed pistachios instead of shredded coconut. Otherwise, if you’re after a choc chip version, add some cacao nibs! Have you got any other variation ideas for me to test?

  1. I added a lid full of peppermint essence and chia seed an extra tablespoon of coconut oil and added the shredded coconut into my mix and squeezed together to make the balls. Love choc mint!
