Quinoa Porridge

The healthy fats and protein in this porridge are a perfect breakfast combo that will keep you feeling full well into the morning.


1/3 cup quinoa flakes

1 cup nut milk (I used walnut milk)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon vanilla powder

3 dates chopped finely

Fresh fruit (I used  raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and bananas) and raw honey to serve


Combine quinoa, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and dates in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until creamy. Serve with fresh fruit and raw honey.
