They have the best intentions for healthy breakfast, lunch and dinners throughout the week. However, when they get the munchies at morning tea or in their afternoon break, all their hard work falls apart because they reach for the quickest and easiest snack to satisfy their cravings. This often ends up being take-away, chocolate, cakes or biscuits. I believe it is important to have healthy ready-made snacks available at all times to curb these cravings. I will show you where these are hidden in the supermarket. Note: quick and healthy snacks are available. You don’t have to spend hours making bliss balls and baking.
I also believe that healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a quick-fix, so I teach you how to read food labels so that in the future you can make healthy choices on your own. I provide a pocket food label guide to make this easy for you so you don’t have to remember everything. You can simply refer to your handy guide. I place a particular importance on fats, fibre, salt and sugar. If you can get these four nutrients under control, the rest will fall into place.
