Healthy Snacks Cooking Class (Buderim clinic)


The Healthy Snacks Cooking Class in conducted in the kitchen at my clinic in Buderim, Sunshine Coast. The class lasts for 1 hour. I teach you how to prepare quick and easy snacks. All snack ingredients will be provided. The snacks we will prepare include my signature no blend bliss balls, bircher muesli, granola, banana bread and chia pudding. Please advise of dietary requirements/restrictions upon booking so that I can tailor the recipes to suit.

Many of my clients struggle with snacks. They have the best intentions for healthy breakfast, lunch and dinners throughout the week. However, when they get the munchies at morning tea or in their afternoon break, all their hard work falls apart because they reach for the quickest and easiest snack to satisfy their cravings. This often ends up being take-away, chocolate, cakes or biscuits. I believe it is important to have healthy ready-made snacks available at all times to curb these cravings.

I also understand that you don’t always have time available to prepare healthy snacks every week. I will show you healthy snack products which can be purchased from the supermarket for time-poor weeks/days.

Please note Healthy Snacks Cooking Classes are generally only available on weekend days, as I dedicate weekdays to nutritional consults in clinic. Please advise if you require otherwise. Once purchased, please contact me via phone or email to arrange a suitable time.

If you have children, please feel free to bring them along. They can learn how to help you in the kitchen. They can also try different snack foods to see which ones might work for your family before purchasing.

If you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours notice, otherwise you will forfeit your payment.
