Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

½ cup quick oats
½ cup almond meal
½ cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablepoon maca powder
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch vanilla powder


Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until well combined and the mixture sticks together. Roll into balls and store in the fridge. This recipe makes about 12 bliss balls. Enjoy!

  1. Oh these are SO yummy Emily! I didn’t have any quick oats so made them with quinoa flakes and they turned out just fine and still DELICIOUS! Thanks!
