
This recipe makes about 25 nutty choc balls. Feel free to use any kind of nuts (you don’t need 5 different varieties, 1 type works just as well), just make sure you have a total of 2 ½ cups.
Ingredients:
½ cup walnuts chopped
½ cup almonds chopped
½ cup brazil nuts chopped
½ cup hazelnuts chopped
½ cup cashews chopped
¼ cup almond butter
½ cup raw cacao powder
1 ½ cups coconut shredded
1 tablespoon maca powder
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
LSA as needed
Method:
Mix all ingredients (except LSA) until well combined. Add LSA until mixture starts to stick together well. Alternatively, add more coconut oil if your mixture is too dry. Roll into small (or large) balls. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
