Mango Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a mango smoothie? Now is the perfect time to make one, just before they disappear from our shelves here in Australia. My version is dairy free and vegan.

Ingredients:

2 mangoes

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup water

1 cup ice

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. This recipe serves two. Enjoy the last taste of summer!
