Tell us about your journey, what sparked your passion for the health and wellness industry?
When I was younger, between the ages of 18-25 I was extremely overweight and unwell, diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, IBS and depression. I knew I had to change something, and so I started my journey on discovering how to heal myself, and now love helping others do the same for themselves.
What’s your number one wellness tip?
Nourish yourself through posotive thoughts, food choices and lifestyle practices.
What’s your one non-negotiable when it comes to your health?
I’m not a fan of drinking tap water.
What motto do you live by?
“Be the best you can be”
What is your proudest achievement?
The first time I overcame my shyness to give that first health talk.
What are your goals for the future?
Release my diet/health book next month, finish off and publish my children’s books, develop an app, start up a health retreat and a Natural Therapies College. And too many more to list…..
Tell us something not many people know about you?
If I wasn’t doing this I would be either: a composer, an astrophysisist or an archeologist.
Can you share with us one of your favourite recipes?
