Goji and Pepita Bark


¾ cup yoghurt (coconut or greek)
1 tablespoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon cacao nibs


Pour yoghurt into a 14cm by 18cm container or tray. Sprinkle with pepitas, goji berries and cacao nibs. Set in the freezer for a few hours until solid. Once frozen, break or cut into pieces and enjoy.
