I start every single day with one of these beauties. It’s my non-negotiable. I also add a heaped teaspoon of powered greens (spirulina, chorella and barley grass) into mine for a protein hit. It’s almost a meal in a glass!
1 head of celery
3 green apples
4 large kale leaves
4cm piece of ginger
Cut everything into small chunks. Do not remove skins – they contain a tonne of nutrients! Put through your juicer (a cold-pressed juicer is best). Pour into a large jug and mix. Serve chilled.
