
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk (or your preferred milk)
1 serving of protein powder (natural, vanilla or chocolate work well)
Handful of almonds
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch vanilla powder
1 date (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients into your blender. Process until well combined and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy sprinkled with extra cinnamon.
