Chocolate Thickshake

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
½ avocado
1 serving protein powder (natural, chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup water
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy. Can top with cacao nibs or shredded coconut. Enjoy!
