Choc Oat Porridge

Holy! Chocolate for breakfast! Excited much! Plus it’s super good for you. No need to feel guilty about this one and it’s perfect for winter mornings (or dessert).

Ingredients:

1/3 cup oats

2/3 cup nut milk

1 teaspoon cacao powder

1 teaspoon goji berries

1 teaspoon bee pollen

1 teaspoon coconut shredded

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Fresh fruit (I used  raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and bananas) and raw honey to serve

Method:

Combine oats, milk, cacao powder, goji berries, bee pollen, coconut, chia seeds, maca powder and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until creamy. Serve with fresh fruit and raw honey. Maple syrup would also be nice.  What is your favourity porridge topping?
