I’m pretty excited to share this delicious muffin recipe with you all. It’s taken me a little while to perfect these muffins but I’m finally 100% satisfied. These goodies are grain free, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Happy baking!
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup macadamia nuts roughly chopped
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Mix all ingredients, except shredded coconut until smooth and well combined. Spoon mixture into a muffin tray. This recipe makes about 18 muffins. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
