Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie is a meal in a cup. It contains plenty of good fats and protein to help keep you fuller for longer.


1 avocado

1 banana frozen

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

1 tablespoon LSA

1 tablespoon maca powder

2 teaspoons bee pollen

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

2 cups water or coconut water

2 handfuls blueberries

1 handful raspberries

Method: Throw all ingredients into your blender and pulse until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 large cups and top with more shredded coconut. Enjoy.
