
I’ve been eating these little beauties for breakfast lately. I usually enjoy them with my Granola, Gluten Free Cereal or Chia Pudding. They only take 5 minutes to make. If you don’t have ice pole moulds, just spoon the mixture evenly into a 6 hole muffin tray and freeze.
Ingredients:
1 cup greek yoghurt
3/4 cup mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries – can be frozen or fresh)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (I used maple syrup)
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Leave for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to soak up any liquid and swell. Divide mixture evenly into 4 icy pole moulds. Set in the freezer overnight. Enjoy!
