Berry Chia Pudding

Chia puddings are the easiest dessert (or breakfast!) treats ever. I shared my choc chia pudding recipe here a few weeks ago. Today I’m sharing my berry chia recipe.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon berries (I used raspberries)

1 teaspoon cacao powder

1 teaspoon honey (or sweetener of your choice)

1 teaspoon protein powder or maca powder

1/3 cup almond milk – make your own almond milk here

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cup, mug or jar and stir until well combined and the chia seeds soak up the almond milk liquid and form a pudding-like consistency. This takes a couple of minutes.

This recipe makes 1 chia pudding. You can refrigerate it overnight ready for a delicious breakfast the next morning or enjoy straight away as an after dinner dessert or snack.
