2 large frozen bananas
1 large handful of frozen mixed berries
1 serving protein powder
¼ cup coconut cream
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. As you process, the frozen banana makes a thick and creamy ‘ice-cream’. The berries add some flavour and colour but plain banana ice-cream (without the berries) tastes just as delicious. You could also add some raw cacao powder for a chocolate hit. Serve ice-cream with pancakes, chocolate pudding, muffins, trail mix, granola, cake or chia pudding.
