Ashy Bines is probably the most honest and welcoming person you’ll ever meet. Her mission is to give every girl the self-esteem that she deserves, help her live a healthier, happier lifestyle…whilst of course achieve the bikini body that will help her feel beautiful and confident! Translation… She wants you to be the best version of you that you can be, all while having a blast! Meet Ashy…
Tell us about your journey, what sparked your passion for the health and wellness industry?
I naturally always wanted to contribute to the world – I wanted to empower women to feel amazing and teach them through my own experiences, to create a real connection with them all and help them feel and look their best and break the vicious cycle of all or nothing approach.
What’s your number one wellness tip?
BALANCE – Creating a life that is balanced with EVERYTHING you love is the key to happiness. Depriving yourself from anything you love will cause you some kind of pain or sadness.
What’s your one non-negotiable when it comes to your health?
WATER – 3L’s a DAY no matter what.
What motto do you live by?
Be the person you’d like to meet.
What is your proudest achievement?
Helping over 200 000 women gain control of their health and fitness, and once they have control of their health and fitness and achieve those goals they gain confidence to tackle other things in their lives that don’t serve them or make them happy or bring them passion.
What are your goals for the future?
Continue to grow and expand ABBBC and always putting energy and focus into my girls. I don’t really want to spread myself too much as I did that last year and found it too stressful and my energy and passion was lost because I was so drained. Focus on always putting myself and my relationship first, we have some exciting travel plans also, another girls trip and Europe next year with my hubby before settling down to have a family <3
Tell us something not many people know about you?
To be completely honest with you, if anyone does follow me online I am SO open, I share all my struggles and fun things in life, I really don’t keep much secret unless it’s REALLY personal. BUT when I was in highschool I did win a cheeseburger competition eating 11 in a row – not healthy NOT something I recommend BUT its something you may not know 😉
Where can we find you?
