I hate the cold. I wish away even our mild winters. God only knows what I’m going to do in New York this December/January where the maximum temperature is 3 degrees Celsius.

I am not perfect. A friend asked me the other day if I ever indulge. Of course I do! It’s so important not to restrict/punish yourself. It’s all about balance. It’s perfectly okay to have a couple of cheat meals each week.
I love Bruce Parry. Bruce is an amazing explorer who lives with remote indigenous communities for weeks/months at a time to portray the issues they are facing in our modern world. His documentaries are Tribe, Amazon and Arctic. Check them out.
I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I bought a unit 2 streets back from the beach in Cotton Tree/Maroochydore with my boyfriend 2 years ago. We finished renovating a few months ago and are absolutely loving it!
I’m a massive netball nerd. Absolutely love it – playing it, watching it, the whole lot. I started playing at school when I was 11.
I’m counting down the days until I head to New York, San Fran, Tahoe, LA and Vegas in December/January. If anyone knows any healthy restaurant/cafes, let me know. I can’t wait to visit Wholefoods and Cafe Gratitude!
I barely stop. I find it super hard to relax sometimes and am a massive control freak. But I need a heap of sleep each night so maybe that’s my down time haha. Meditation has been amazing for me.
